The Southern California Coastline is a beautiful sea shore where many mountains, coastal hills and eroded sea cliffs drop right into the ocean. Due to Hollywood, it is one of the most photographed and filmed seascapes in the world.

Santa Monica Mountain Sea Cave Shot this one while leading one of my California Coastal workshops last week. I crouched for quite some time here timing the waves for one that had enough height to crash over the distance rocks to convey a feeling of how this seacave was sculpted. Rainning Bull - Santa Monica Mountains, Southern California I planned on using my own lights for this night photograph but there turned out to be a light already shining in my favor. Sea Stacks aren't too common in Southern California but we do have some that rival some of the best spots for seascape photography on the west coast.
